How many times I may watch the kiss scene, it will be still stupefying. This scene and the following romantic comedy serve as a salve for the heartbreak in store for the triad.
KT's kiss--sultry and passionate--is an eruption of his inner pressure valve--bottled up with inhibition and self-denial--while the scene reenacts the sensational moment in Gustav Klimt's "The Kiss." It is truly indelible.
